Class namespace change testing

- move auto loader to lib/ folder (so it doesn't exist in document root)
- Fix a lot of old method names in DB\IO and Form\General, etc
- Fix login with non existing DB set (abort -> exit)
- add getDbEncoding call to DB\IO

...
