Simplify language calls

There are no more lang vars passed on to any class calls
The new order is the following
$OVERRIDE_LANG > _SESSION > SITE_LANG > DEFAULT_LANG

Todo: make the setLang better so we do not have the same method in
Backend/Generic/SmartyExtended
